Roadworthy means your car is safe to drive on South Africa’s roads. This means your ride would pass a roadworthy test, which checks that the brakes work, that the tyres have legal tread, that the lights shine as they should, and that the windscreen wipers wipe. Your claim could be declined if your car is not roadworthy.
