Using our "help and support" function is easy and will get you to the solution you want faster than traditional call-centres.
The "Help and Support" chat is available on our website (bottom right) or in the app from Your profile..

Why we use this method rather than a call?

  1. You can carry on with your life and we will get back to you when we have the solution. No holding on to the phone listening to elevator music for hours.
