To successfully complete your vehicle inspection, kindly log into the Pineapple app.

You can complete the car’s inspection on the app by signing in to your existing profile and

following the instructions below:

1. Once you’ve successfully signed in, click on the "My To Do List" banner (see screenshot

below for reference).

2. Select the vehicle(s) 'To do', after which the inspection page will open.
​

3. After the inspection page has opened, proceed and complete the video inspection, then

upload the required images of the vehicle listed on the app.

NB things to please note: 📝
​

● Ensure you have given the app permission to use the camera in your phone settings.

● The video of the vehicle should be a 360-degree, full view of the vehicle. 📹

● We require a clear vehicle inspection, so kindly ensure the images are clear and

captured in good lighting. 😉

If you have a tracking unit installed in the vehicle, please send the installation

certificate to us via chat or email: fresh@pineapple.co.za. 📩
