What happens if I move to a new residence?

Changing "risk address" on my Policy

It’s your responsibility to notify Pineapple immediately. Your address is material information, meaning it directly impacts your risk profile and cover (think different crime stats between Sandton and Polokwane). Not updating it could lead to a claim being rejected. For example, if you move to a freestanding house without an alarm, but your policy still says you’re in a secured estate with 24/7 guards, that’s a misrepresentation, and your burglary claim might not be paid.
