Here’s just some of the information you need to submit to help Pineapple process your claim:

  • The damaged item (if requested)

  • Proof of purchase, ownership and value statements (within 2 to 14 working days), a.k.a., come with the receipts

  • Full details of the event

  • Details of any other insurance policy covering the same event

  • Any correspondence or legal documents related to the claim
