What happens if I miss a premium payment?

If you miss a premium payment, Pineapple will automatically attempt to collect it after 15 days. If we still come up empty-handed after this collection attempt, you will, unfortunately, not have insurance coverage for that Period of Insurance. If we still fail to successfully collect your premium for three consecutive months, the policy will automatically be cancelled from the first Debit Date from which the premium was not paid.
