What is Pineapple Juice?
Pineapple Juice is a discretionary premium refund paid at the end of each Pineapple Year.
Think of it as our way of saying, “Thanks for being responsible. You’re such a legend.” If the community’s overall claims were lower than expected and there was money left over after expenses, eligible policyholders would get a portion of it back.
Who’s Eligible?
To get Your Portion of Pineapple Juice, you’ll need to tick all three boxes for the entire Pineapple Year:
Uninterrupted Cover – No gaps, no cancellations; you need continuous cover all year.
No Claims – You didn’t make any claims during that year.
On-Time Premiums – Every premium was paid on time.
Remember, this benefit is still at the discretion of Pineapple.
Why We Do It
