All winners are selected and contacted directly by Pineapple's Marketing Team, not Pineapple's Customer Service.

Question: Do I have to attend the event in person to enter?
Answer: Yes. These competitions are exclusively for attendees at Pineapple-sponsored events.
Question: Who can enter?
Answer: Anyone attending the event who is 18 years or older and has a valid social media account.
Question: How are winners selected?
Answer: All valid entries are compiled and a winner is chosen via a random selection tool.
Question: How will winners be notified?
Answer: Pineapple will comment on your post or Direct Message (DM) you, asking you to send:
Full name
Email address
Contact number
On occasion a winner is selected on the spot, in person (i.e. the person who wins the run with the Pineapple on their head).
Prizes are then emailed to the address you provide.
Question: When will winners receive their prize?
Answer: Within 3–7 working days after the event, depending on event volume. Depending on the activation/ competition, a winner will be given their voucher on the spot. I.e. the winner of the race, etc.
Question: Why did a support agent respond when I messaged Pineapple?
Answer: All social media inboxes run through Intercom. Sometimes messages are picked up by our Key Accounts/Support team.
Don’t worry — Pineapple's Marketing Team still handles all winner communication and prize delivery.
Question: Can Customer Service help with event competition questions?
Answer: No. Only the Marketing Team manages:

Question: Can I enter more than once?
Answer: Only one entry per person unless the event signage states otherwise.
Question: Can the prize be exchanged or transferred?
Answer: No. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Question: Do I need to be a Pineapple customer to participate?
Answer: No. Anyone attending the event can enter.
Question: What if my social media account is private?
Answer: Private posts cannot be seen, so they do not count as valid entries. Participants must ensure their profile is public for the duration of the competition.
Question: What happens if I posted but forgot to tag Pineapple?
Answer: Unfortunately, your entry may not be picked up. Only entries that follow all required steps are eligible.
