Think of material information as the “big deal stuff.” It’s anything a reasonable person (read: not your dodgy uncle) would say Pineapple needs to know to properly assess your risk. For contents cover, that includes things like:

  • Your address

  • If you’ve had burglaries before

  • Any changes to your security (alarms, gates, etc.)

Why does it matter? Because if we don’t know, your claim could get rejected—or worse, your whole policy could be invalid. And that’s not the kind of drama anyone needs.
