What is the Excess I need to pay for an All-Risk claim?

Your excess, the money you pay as your responsibility before we step in, is listed in your Policy Schedule. For most Items claims, it’s 17.5% of the claim or R1,100 (whichever is higher). Specific excesses apply for jewellery, pedal cycles, non-factory-fitted car radios, and other specified items.
