Specified Items are those belongings you’ve listed individually, like a laptop, bicycle, or jewellery. If you want to add a new item (say you just bought a camera) or remove one (say you sold that bicycle), you can do it anytime.
Here’s how it works:
Contact us via the Pineapple app, website (pineapple.co.za), or on WhatsApp (060 012 3771).
We’ll confirm and agree to the change either in writing or over the phone.
Once agreed, the change kicks in from the date and time we’ve confirmed.
If something’s not listed (and should be), it’s not covered. If it is listed but you no longer own it, you might be overpaying. Keeping this list updated keeps your cover relevant and your premiums fair.
